Virtual Paper Presentation

The 11th International Conference on Science, Engineering, and the Role of Technology in New Businesses will be held as a Virtual Conference, allowing researchers who are unable to attend physically to participate and present their accepted research papers online.

Virtual participation provides an opportunity for university professors, researchers, students, PhD candidates, engineers, and academic professionals to participate in an international scientific event without the need to travel to Germany.

Virtual Presentation Requirements

After paper acceptance and completion of Final Registration, authors may present their accepted papers online. Information regarding the virtual session, presentation schedule, and online meeting access will be provided to registered presenters before the conference.

Authors should first review the Conference Topics and Submission Guidelines and then submit their research through the official Submit Your Paper page.

How to Present Your Paper Online

Presenters are required to join their assigned virtual session at the scheduled time and deliver their presentation according to the conference timetable.

To ensure a smooth presentation, presenters are encouraged to check their internet connection, microphone, camera, presentation file, and technical equipment before the session begins.

Detailed information regarding the presentation schedule, virtual session, and online meeting link will be provided to registered presenters before the conference.
